- Profile Maintenance: Keep your profile updated with accurate information, including contact details, service offerings, availability, and qualifications.
- Compliance with Local Laws and Standards: Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations relevant to your services. Ensure that any required licenses, certifications, or insurance are current, valid, and visible upon client request.
- Professionalism in Service Delivery: Conduct all interactions professionally and respectfully with clients. Ensure that clients receive the full value of the services as described in your listings.
- Commitment to Quality and Safety: Provide services with the utmost attention to quality and safety, following industry standards and best practices. If unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances, promptly communicate and collaborate with the client to find a solution.
Transactions & Payments
- Use of Service Hive’s Platform for Transactions: To ensure smooth transactions and dispute resolution, we highly encourage all service-related payments and transactions to be made through Service Hive. Doing so allows us to assist in resolving any unexpected issues.
- Payment Processing: Familiarize yourself with Service Hive's payment processing guidelines and ensure timely payment processing for services rendered.
Client Privacy and Confidentiality
- Respect client privacy by safeguarding their personal information and only using it for legitimate service-related purposes
Service Representations
- Accurate Service Representations: Ensure that any photos, descriptions, or representations of your services are accurate and do not mislead clients. Misrepresentation may lead to account suspension or removal.
Dispute Resolution
- Dispute Resolution Process: Actively engage in resolving client complaints or issues in a fair and timely manner. Address any disputes professionally, and cooperate with Service Hive's support team in resolving issues.
Account Termination
- Grounds for Termination: Violations of these Terms of Business, such as repeated client complaints, unprofessional conduct, or failure to comply with regulations, may result in account suspension or termination.
Governing Law
- Governing Law: These Terms of Business shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Provinces in Canada and USA.

- Updates to Terms of Business: Service Hive reserves the right to update these Terms of Business periodically. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through a notice on the Service Hive platform.
